Our initial
Strategic Plan includes the elements depicted in the following diagram,
an initial project flowchart that provides a road map for upcoming tasks
and intermediate goals:
Now that we
have a basic web presence and have a clearly-stated mission
and objectives, we would like to
hold a Presentation / Outreach Meeting
to get others on board to help us achieve it. The top row of the
diagram above shows the major steps toward preparing for this meeting.
