Before you accept the terms of use, please read the following content thoroughly, which are the conditions you must agree with, to use and log-in to use the www.RIDEBUZZ.org (RIDEBUZZ website).  If you do not understand and agree with the terms of use, then on no accounts should you accept the terms of use, and should immediately cease the use of the RIDEBUZZ website.  By accepting the terms of use and by using and/or viewing the RIDEBUZZ website, you are accepting any and all risks involved.  RIDEBUZZ and RIDEBUZZ’s partnering and collaborating organizations on no accounts, I repeat on no accounts will be held responsible for any experiences that could be the result of using the RIDEBUZZ website.  The RIDEBUZZ website does not screen or ensure the integrity of RIDEBUZZ website users, or the quality or accuracy of information being displayed on the RIDEBUZZ website by its users.  Because the general public may use the RIDEBUZZ website, YOU are assuming all risks and responsibilities for any and all experiences that may arise from being in contact with the public, and must use your own judgment concerning the integrity of other RIDEBUZZ website users, and take full responsibility for any information you choose to share, and whether or not you choose to contact or respond to other users.  Contacting people through the internet could potentially endanger your safety, and it is your choice to assume all potential risks inherent with the use of the RIDEBUZZ website, should you choose to accept the terms of use (detailed extensively below).  If you are uncomfortable with the inherent risks of meeting and sharing rides with strangers, then you should not use the RIDEBUZZ website, or any of it’s functionality.  We are not here to ensure your safety, and your best discretion should be applied to make your own well-informed decisions for the safety of your self and personal information.  Please do not sign into or use this site if you are not comfortable with the potential risks of meeting strangers and many life-threatening hazards of sharing rides.  If you do decide to use this site on your own accord, and accept the terms of use, then it may be helpful to share your travel itinerary with others, especially if you have initiated contact with a stranger, as there is always a potential risk.  Similarly to meeting a stranger on a City street, it is your responsibility to assess the safety of the situation because RIDEBUZZ does not do this for you, nor in any way ensure safety or guarantees of service.

The RIDEBUZZ website (the “Website”) is owned and made available to you by RIDEBUZZ (“RIDEBUZZ”, “US”, “WE”, “OUR”). The following terms (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of the Website. Please review these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing and/or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.  From time to time, RIDEBUZZ may amend these Terms of Use by posting revisions on the Website with no additional notice to you. Please check back frequently to see the Terms of Use then in effect. Your continued access to and use of the Website will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms of Use. In order to access and use the member-only components of the Website and the Services offered on it, you must register and become a member of RIDEBUZZ.

You further agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of any proceeding arising out of these Terms of Use and waive any objections and defenses inconsistent with such venue. By using this Website, you warrant and represent that your use complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
